Grant Haley is a leadership speaker, trainer, and executive leader with 25 years of experience in human services. He currently serves in executive leadership for a nonprofit organization supporting people with disabilities. His career has taken him from frontline direct support to executive leadership, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges leaders face at every level.

Grant believes most people are only five relationships away from a major breakthrough because he has lived it. Long before he had a college degree, a series of pivotal relationships helped open doors, challenge his thinking, expand what he believed was possible, and ultimately helped shape his path into executive leadership. That experience became the foundation of a philosophy he now brings to his speaking and leadership development: the right relationships can change the trajectory of a life.

But Grant also believes relationships alone aren’t enough. Growth has to be intentional. Leaders should never stop learning, developing themselves, and investing in the people around them. He takes leadership seriously because the way we lead can have a lasting impact on the lives and careers of others.

Grant also has extensive experience developing e-learning modules and training content. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Instructional Design because he believes training should do more than check a box. If training doesn’t stick, it wastes everyone’s time.
